The address for everything — corrections, licensing questions, bug reports and takedown requests — is contact@graffiti-art-generator.com.
You can write to it directly, or use the form below. The form does not send anything anywhere by itself: pressing the button opens a pre-addressed email in your own mail client, with the topic and your details already filled in. Nothing you type is stored, logged or uploaded — this site has no server.
What to include
| If you are writing about | Please include |
|---|---|
| A correction | The page URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one |
| A licensing question | What you intend to make, and where it will be published, sold or printed |
| A bug | Browser and version, operating system, the exact steps that reproduce it, and a screenshot if the problem is visual |
| A takedown request | The URL on this site, the material in question, and your relationship to the rights holder |
Response times
Most messages get a reply within a few working days. Licensing questions that need a considered answer may take a little longer, and bugs that affect a specific browser version are the slowest, because they need to be reproduced before anything useful can be said about them.
What we can help with
- Whether your intended commercial use of exported artwork is permitted under the licences.
- Technical problems with rendering, export or display in a specific browser.
- Corrections to the reference material on the letter and style pages.
- Permission questions about the typefaces themselves — though the licences already answer most of these directly.
What we cannot help with
A few things sit outside what this site does, and it is fairer to say so than to leave people waiting for an answer that is not coming.
- Legal advice. Questions about whether a specific act is lawful in your jurisdiction need a lawyer, not a lettering tool.
- Advice on painting on property you do not own. This site is a design tool and does not provide that.
- Design work on request. There is no commission service attached to this site.
- Tracing the origin of a specific wall piece or identifying a writer.
Reporting a problem with the site itself
If a page renders badly, an export comes out wrong, or the generator fails to load letterforms, that is a bug and it is worth reporting. The most useful reports are the ones that name the browser and the operating system, describe what you did, and say what you expected to happen instead. If the problem is visual, a screenshot saves several rounds of guessing.
